What differentiates 15Five Engage from other similar products?
15Five permits me to trace my priorities and weekly tasks in one place; to check how my weekly tasks feed into my longer-term objectives, all whereas keeping my manager within the loop. I like that I can produce a 1:1 template from my 15Five, and that we can both boost it. Really easy to stay on the same page, and for nothing to get lost!
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love several things regarding 15Five. I favor the HighFive feature in which we can validate and edify our team members. This creates a way of community and unity. I also just like the 1 on 1 section. I take advantage of it all the time with my staff. I can add my talking points and they can also add theirs which makes it really easy for all of us. I also like the fact that on my 15Five reports, I can attach photos to my points.
What do you dislike most about this product?
If I might think of something that I dislike about 15Five is that generally it might not save the present weekly report that you just are working on. It may be a fault or even perhaps user error, however, there are times (especially once I first started using it) when it doesn’t save my current review. It’s a little trouble having to start over again, however, this rarely happens though.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
15Five is an incredible tool that helps our employee team grow and achieve our Objectives together. We like this tool as we can see every week our progressing. It conjointly helps us keep “on track” and concentrate on our goals. LOVE this tool!

What differentiates 15Five Engage from other similar products?
the program differs from others because it is easier to use and has many functions, which are very helpful in my work.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
They were able to keep in touch. We've found this to be a terrific method to keep track of our to-do lists. Collaboration and idea exchange are enhanced by anything that impacts people's emotions, not only work-related topics.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Until now, I've had no ideas. Adding a few questions with response options, and then analyzing the results to see what needs to be improved.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
15 Five may be used for personal and team improvement and goal setting.

What differentiates 15Five Engage from other similar products?
I prefer that I can report, once a week, however well my week went and what I got done. This makes it simple to ascertain what i would like to do within the next week if I wasn’t able to end everything, and to make sure my supervisor is aware of where i’m on various projects.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability to trace product across groups to supply progressive enhancements and changes over time. It’s an excellent tool to update managers of your individual progress. It keeps you responsible throughout the week to make sure you’re heading in the right direction together with your goals of the company. I feel it is also a great tool for creating a company additional flat and feeling like an individual contains a say in the progress and success of a company.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I don’t like that certain redundant queries are required, like what alternative departments I’d prefer to work more with. This question doesn’t continually be for me and there are solely numerous departments in our company.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Higher engagement through High fives. Our workers love that feature and a bit of appreciation goes a long way. Make certain managers and employees stay connected and connect through one on 1’ and pulse checks.
