What differentiates 1Password from other similar products?

The ease of use for end users is very important to us, especially when on boarding. We are a fully remote team so having a secure method of sharing passwords, payment details etc. is essential. We are also a start up, so we wanted to ensure we were using a trusted supplier.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The MFA, before they introduced this we were using a separate piece of software and users would often link account to their phones, which is problematic when people leave or change numbers.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The cost. We are a small not for profit and this is a bit commitment for us. However, security is important.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend as implementation and administration for 1Password has been super easy. I see no reason why we would change in the foreseeable future.

What differentiates 1Password from other similar products?

Remembers your passwords for all logins so you don't have to search around every time!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Consolidation of all of my passwords for apps that I use at work on a daily basis.

What do you dislike most about this product?

That I didn't use 1Password at my previous role! This is a HUGE time saver!

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

1Password is perfect for those who have a multitude of apps that they need to login into daily.
