The use of texting is absolutely amazing.

I can't integrate zoom into the features as I can my calendar

What differentiates 8x8 Experience Communications Platform from other similar products?

Now I can create remote communication make calls and video conferences remotely, create a better working environment using artificial intelligence, has business phones, video meetings with desktop and mobile screen sharing, team chat, APIs and embeddable applications.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

is a secure video conferencing tool that has great features allows you to call your guests keep track of your recorded meetings, allows you to hold live meetings via YouTube, and also allows you to create real-time subtitles in English, this software allows you to experience moderation and advanced analysis of all your meetings and sync with all popular calendars.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Despite being a fairly simple, easy and very practical software, there is nothing that I can dislike about it since it has allowed me to meet remotely and use it from anywhere and the best thing of all is that I have been able to use it from a web application desktop or from my mobile.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend it because it is an excellent tool to communicate remotely and you can create unforgettable experiences. With this excellent tool you can boost your business in a much more agile way, creating unified customer and employee experiences.
