The Abnormal Security platform protects enterprises from targeted email attacks. Abnormal Behavior Technology (ABX) models the identity of both employees and external senders, profiles relationships and analyzes email content to stop attacks that lead to account takeover, financial damage and organizational mistrust. Though one-click, API-based Office 365 and G Suite integration, Abnormal sets up in minutes and does not disrupt email flow.

What differentiates Abnormal Security from other similar products?

Great account takeover protection and strong identification of malicious email content with a low false positive rate. Easy of implementation and strong integration with Crowdstrike made for a well-rounded product.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Account takeover protection - this feature shines and stands out above other vendors in this marketplace

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes the reporting of missed email attacks didn't work properly and the feedback was inadequate

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Abnormal is a strong contender in this space - there are alternatives, but give the product a go and see if it works well for you - the account takeover and strong integration paths are worth it

The user-centric method of Abnormal Security distinguishes the company from standard email protection solutions. User education and threat protection operate side by side as the main features offered by this software. The provided education plays an essential role because it enhances our organization's security culture.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The feature I like most about Abnormal Security stems from how simple it is to operate. The software presents a simple approach that enables IT administrators and all users to operate the system without difficulty. Technical support at the organization performs outstandingly by responding swiftly to every query from users while helping to solve problems right away.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is one aspect of Abnormal Security that makes me less than satisfied. Since most threats are easily blocked by the tool I encounter occasional situations when it wrongly identifies legitimate threats that result in productivity reduction. This small drawback is outweighed by the improved security benefits which Abnormal Security software delivers to its users.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I strongly endorse Abnormal Security because its extensive email defense solution continues to evolve as threats in the environment change. The security capabilities of Abnormal Security make it worthy for anyone seeking information protection combined with employee security education.
