What differentiates Absorb LMS from other similar products?

The customer service we received while implementing our own content into the system was so great. As an admin, once I received one-on-one training with an Absorb client success manager, the system became extremely easy to use and to upload our internal training content to our course library. Most importantly, Absorb is extremely user friendly, and we've had great success with it already. Our team members had no complaints and were easily able to complete the courses we assigned them to.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The interface being completely personalizable.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The amount of time it takes to input rules while creating courses/material.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Utilize AI as much as you can when creating your own content to upload.

What differentiates Absorb LMS from other similar products?

Absorb has allowed the creation of a versatile training platform for use in a Franchise system. It is user-friendly for both learners and admins. The support team has been particularly helpful. When I first started in the role, our CRM Anup met with me weekly to help bring me up to speed, but now that I'm an experienced user we instead have transitioned to collaborating on long-term initiatives and optimisation.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ease of reporting. It has made compliance tracking quite simple across a large network of learners. The level of automation possible around assigning enrollments has been very useful at the scale of learner we operate on.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is hard to fault Absorb. While I do occasionally run into features I would like to see, the team are supportive to find alternate solutions to the issue.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Absorb can be an effective platform to streamline training deployment and reporting. Look into the features you might want, and reach out to the Absorb team to see what is possible.

What differentiates Absorb LMS from other similar products?

It actually worked for our frontline setup. The observation checklists were a big differentiator for on-the-job assessments, and the support from our CSM made a huge difference. I wasn’t just buying software — I had a team behind me.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The flexibility. Absorb has given me room to grow into more advanced features while still delivering solid results right away. I can start simple and layer in more as our training function matures — like the observation checklists, which I haven’t launched yet but are perfectly suited to our retail environment

What do you dislike most about this product?

I’d love to see observation checklists supported in the mobile app — that would make on-the-job assessments even easier for frontline teams like ours. Also 'Create" (an add on) could use some development as an authoring tool it it needs more advanced assessment tools,

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Map your structure before you dive in — it makes the setup smoother and saves time later. Also, take full advantage of the Absorb support team (they’re brilliant). And don’t be afraid to start small — you can build out over time without losing momentum.
