What differentiates Accelo from other similar products?
Manage customer support requests and track the success of converting tickets to solutions. The advantage is tracking the support time spent resolving the customer's problem. This will help you maintain your budget. Accelo allows employees to work in one program instead of multiple programs. Email tracking allows the entire team to know what's happening in the project, even if the project isn't in the file. Billing saves you the trouble of exporting information. After billing for the time, go to Xero and click Approve. Once the invoice has been paid, click the button again and it will appear in Accelo.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The application is simple to use, and it combines many distinct components, such as project management and billing, into a single package. It's as simple as clicking a button to bill clients, for out-of-office meetings, the phone's app timer is fantastic. Email monitoring is the most effective. The team's support services are outstanding. The link with Gmail is really useful, and the calendar integration may use some improvement, but it is pretty intuitive and works well for keeping track of client appointments or internal meetings.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Hierarchical account permission structures can cause problems with client / ticket / task management when logged in as a contractor. Some Gmail integrations don't work as expected. Emails from Gmail may not appear in your inbox for some time or at all. Inbox management is a bit annoying as it has automatic updates and inline email client capabilities, and I hope it's much more seamless than it is today. But the team is really good at understanding and adding it and listing it when more people ask for it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
We sought software that could accomplish everything for a fair cost rather than tens of thousands of dollars. Email monitoring was essential for me, especially while working on projects. I strongly recommend utilizing Accelo to handle client agreements, track support time, and map the path of a project from conception to realization. It is a really effective tool for managing customer relationships and experiences. The service has a distinct learning curve, so plan on a period of training as you learn how to utilize each accessible Accelo module.

More so, Accelo PSA creates a lasting engagement, where the applications set for automation are well tested and properly affirmed.

Accelo PSA is the tool for proper project control, there is the finance sharing and task management..

Accelo PSA includes different computations in directing the operations that saves on time, finances and business activities.

What differentiates Accelo from other similar products?
They merged project management and ticketing into one platform and had a straight forward timer that helped us accurately report on time spent per ticket and per project. Certainly not unique but the timer was a nice feature several players in this space lack and I find value in
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The time keeping and ability to create different customers to get a feel for how much time was being spent on each client was a nice feature
What do you dislike most about this product?
The user interface looked dated. It lacked a client facing portal, the reporting was not user friendly and in what did work was not very useful to get a sense of SLAs and such on the ticketing side. It lacked the ability to have automated responses or automate workflows. Features that the community requested seemed to eternally be “on the roadmap” but they never seemed to deliver. Ultimately we left their platform for a vendor who executed on and delivered the features we valued listed above.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Get clear in writing what your expectations are. Our turn up process wasn’t the best and they never checked in with us other than to renew. This could be a much better product. I would also make sure to check if you have existing ticketing data that they have the ability to easily import it.
