What do you dislike most about this product?
It is very gratifying to work hand in hand with this program, but I cannot leave aside the great problem of complexity that this program has, since I have seen many cases within the company where it is very difficult for them to have more potential development with the program. , there are many functions that it has and the correct order to put it to the test is not explained very well, the truth is that the learning level of this program can be somewhat slow.

We were able to consolidate and streamline our scheduling, project and service monitoring, and better see the labor and monetary sides of our job thanks to this platform. I appreciate being able to see my colleague's correspondence with the client, which is useful if I need to refer to something that was previously discussed with the customer.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Accelo is a simple and straightforward project management solution. It's incredibly configurable; we can measure the time we spend working with a customer, altering tasks on a client file is simple, clients can see the status of their service, and I can share clients' accounts with colleagues who are working with me at the same time. weather. In most areas, the platform meets or exceeds our expectations, and the staff is eager to work on the areas where it falls short. Sales, training, and support respect our time and work fast to fix concerns.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Although it is extremely wonderful that the email function records the time spent creating or replying to an email, the format itself is not particularly tidy, which is why I don't really enjoy it. I like to continue using Outlook since the Accelo system can track your Outlook emails and connect them to the Accelo accounts of your clients.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Please keep in mind that you are purchasing a unique product that will require some effort to customize to your specific needs. This is the nature of a bespoke system; the return on your effort and money with Accelo is well spent.
