What differentiates Acquia DAM from other similar products?

The product's integration capabilities are appealing. For instance, we frequently use Salesforce and several Adobe tools, so the chance to have an integrated connection between these programs is worthwhile. Naturally, excellent asset management is also provided. They can be exchanged with our clinics without any issues. If moving our international staff caused us any discomfort in the past, we can now put that issue behind us.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I enjoy using the application a lot. The installation procedure carries no complexity and doesn't call for any special abilities. Even in those situations where I can still not determine something by specific factors, the interface is aesthetically pleasing and easy to understand, so it is not frightening. Out-of-the-box usage provides all you might need, eliminating the need to look for additional software to address a particular issue.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Even with all of its apparent advantages, it shouldn't be viewed as a deal-breaker when selecting this tool, but We believe the homepage personalization functionality should be enhanced. We spend a lot of effort here tweaking and enhancing the information to improve it daily. And we discovered that the pace of working and loading could vary based on the volume and nature of the content you use.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This software provides a simple way to handle metadata. Additionally, this software offers many helpful features, significantly expanding its possibilities. Exceptionally user-friendly product with an excellent crew. Excellent partners who are ready to take the time to understand consumer wants and react to our shifting issues.

What differentiates Acquia DAM from other similar products?

Widen's six unified apps interface with numerous other applications, including managing projects, artificial intelligence, marketing and selling tools, and methods for managing digital assets, product information, and marketing resource. Portals look great and are incredibly user-friendly.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I enjoy the ability to import groups from picture metadata and separate metadata to allocate it to our defined locations. I also enjoy using different approaches to share things that I've picked. The Analyst Panel is a powerful tool that allows us to give asset developers insightful feedback on how well-liked their assets are. It functions similarly to a search query, and its operating criteria must be created.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It can be challenging to create groupings for numerous projects. The photographs can only be contributed to one category at a time when I pick them and when it comes time to add those to a collection. I have to then reselect, create another group, and then relocate, which I found to be annoying.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I enjoy using the software a lot. The setup process carries no intricacy and doesn't call for any special abilities. In most of those situations where I may not know anything by some factors, the UI is aesthetically pleasing and simple to use.

What differentiates Acquia DAM from other similar products?

Widen is a new content operations management tool for sales management. This cloud-based software is the best part of our customers' days, as they say. Moreover, it facilitates creative workflow and aids brand and video management—excellent management throughout onboarding and training, ongoing support, and a committed local experience manager.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The university and support sections are wonderful, and the support team is always highly effective. However, the most significant aspect of customer care is the extremely large quantity of support documentation and content offered. I enjoy the ability to load batches of metadata from IPTC picture metadata and allocate it to our specific regions. Batch features for loads, metadata, etc. It works exceptionally well. I also enjoy using different approaches to share things I've picked—creating as many private collections as desired.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We don't always have enough time to understand and apply new functions because the application is changed too frequently. But it is excellent that Widen makes improvements to stay ahead of competing for software solutions. Putting it out there, we believe that there are still some flaws that prevent us from calling Widen the best answer among the analogs, even though the level of satisfaction from working with it is very near to the maximum.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Simplicity in execution. System administration is simple. User training is simple. We now have a space where everything is organized correctly, we can keep everything in one location, and all employees, even those without any previous DAM expertise, can easily access assets and metadata. We believe their functionality is fantastic and only speaks favorably for itself.
