What differentiates Acquia DAM from other similar products?

Some of the categorization features seem better than my experience using Bynder. The filtering also seems better

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

How easy it is to create new, personal collections

What do you dislike most about this product?

Overall, the program layout/aesthetic seems slightly rigid. The search bar doesn't seem to pick up on keywords, just precise file names.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Fairly straightforward, easy-to-use program

What differentiates Acquia DAM from other similar products?

Best support and training, including annual user event. Encourages relationships between users of platform to exchange ideas and best practices

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easy to learn and train staff on use

What do you dislike most about this product?

Again, the templating functionality (which is important to some of our end users) is a more recent development and is not as robust as with other products

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Engage with the Widen team - they are top notch at providing support and training. They will also connect you with other users and customers which can be really helpful for learning best practices and solutions. The product has a clean look and is easy to learn and implement. Ongoing improvements keep them ahead of the curve and a top provider/solution.
