What differentiates Acrobat Sign from other similar products?

In some ways it has a lot of similarities to other products. Acrobat sign is easily recognizable, user friendly and reliable. It allows our business to send out contracts to be signed electronically which is secure and you can choose the workflow in the tool.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

With Acrobat you have the ability to send out documents for signature quickly and efficiently. It doesn't take long to set up the document for signature and the workflow before sending out. Notifications are sent out via email and you can track the progress in the tool which is incredibly helpful! I love the reminder feature which has a variety of options of how frequently to chase signatories. The tool saves so much time for our HR team and saves candidates having to print off the document to sign and scan and send back. It makes our processes more efficient and timely.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing to mention - extremely happy with the product!

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If your company is an SME then it will suit your needs. If you are a larger company and have a high volume of documents to send out for signature then another product may suit. I highly recommend the tool as it has transformed our ways of working and ensuring that we are with the 'digital' times!

What differentiates Acrobat Sign from other similar products?

Not only is the Adobe Sign application easy to use, but it also works nicely with the rest of Adobe's tools. In terms of productivity, effectiveness, and storage capacity, Adobe Sign is unmatched. Digital signatures allow you to quickly and easily send signed documents to the right people. I think it was a smart move to get Adobe Sign given the current epidemic; e-signatures allow me to save time and advance my contract more swiftly. I didn't have to convert my documents more than once; I could sign them swiftly and effortlessly on the site.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The digital signature of papers is made simple using Adobe Sign. You can digitally sign papers by inserting your signature in the proper location after uploading them. Adobe Sign is simple to use and learn, and it works well with all of Adobe's other creative software. Without continuously converting the documents on the platform, I could sign my contracts, reports, and other documents, as well as offer letters.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There isn't much to hate, although it might need a few more signing alternatives. like offering a few signature fonts where one may type their name and it will transform to the appropriate font. Not providing choices for sharing through WhatsApp or other messenger without preserving it is another thing I dislike.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Great software for signing the document electronically.
