What differentiates Acrobat Sign from other similar products?

Integration with Adobe Reader Pro is a big plus.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easy to use, free, and online.

What do you dislike most about this product?

No offline installation software.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

When you need to send "official" signed documents, Adobe Sign is clearly the way to go. Integration with Acrobat Reader is the icing on the cake.

What differentiates Acrobat Sign from other similar products?

Adobe Sign is great because of its mobility and easy-to-use interface. It makes the signing process simple, even for people that haven't used an Adobe product before. It also sends follow-up summary emails that make it quite easy to track the entire signing process.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The best aspect of this product is its ability to track the entire process. Adobe Sign allows me to see the order the page will be signed, mark different spots for different signers, see when the user opened the notification email, and see the exact date and time the signature was made. Adobe Sign is thorough and clear.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There isn't really anything that I dislike about this product. If I had to choose something, it would be that the font chosen for the automatic digital signature looks kind of cheesy.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The main recommendation I'd give to someone considering this product is to evaluate their current workflow. If you're someone that's on the go (or frequently has signers that are on the go), or someone who wastes a lot of paper and time printing pages for in-person signing, then I highly recommend Adobe Sign! If you don't sign that often or are in close proximity to the people who sign your documents, then this program probably isn't something you need.
