What differentiates Acrobat Sign from other similar products?

If there is a document you are needing to be signed by 1 person or even 2, etc. it is very simple to choose the name/email and select the signature blank on your document and each person can easily sign. Adobe Sign is very fast, once one person signs the document it immediately sends it to the next person to sign and the creator of the document. Email notifications, Status updates - ability to send reminders, Easy to fill template are other pros

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easy to fill templates, customizing them, notifying people and reminding on status are some great aspects

What do you dislike most about this product?

sometimes I have observed this issue : Records not appearing in "waiting for me to sign" for many people. [The] log-in [page could use improvement because] unless you have saved the exact URL, it is very hard to find your way to it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Since the brand name gives confidence in the security of the system, its the best choice out there to consider this product with friendly usage, pricing strategies as well. It takes some time to get used to the URLs for logging in and signing in but its very convinient to use rahter than running behind physical signatures.

On iPad it becomes frustrating as it comes to resizing the entry fields

The usage and integration is very easy one can toggle between apps and still retain the work

What differentiates Acrobat Sign from other similar products?

It's is very reliable and quick at sending documents from one employee to another. Once a person signs it instantly sends the document to the next employee or back to the requestor.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Very user-friendly application. The process of sending documents is incredibly easy and fast and helps to reduce downtime waiting on documents to be signed especially when working in a dispersed team. It also allows integrates well with sharepoint

What do you dislike most about this product?

Customer service while helpful and approachable can be slow at times. I don't contact them often but it can leave you awaiting a response should you have any issues.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend the product if you require a lot of signature approvals. The application is very simple to use and the turnaround time means delays in paperwork are shortened. Especially now with working from home becoming the norm
