What differentiates Act-On from other similar products?

I haven't used other similar products.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is easy to set up a basic email campaign and track the success to share with other teams and colleagues

What do you dislike most about this product?

More modern templates for email marketing that include gifs and better graphics

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The platform is improving. I find it an easy-to-use tool for email campaigns and I've seen new features added recently like text messaging and the dashboard has had a re-design which makes it more pleasant to use.

Easy to use, but need ad ons

What differentiates Act-On from other similar products?

The speed in which tech support is available to help should you run into an issue. With live chat support can actually go into your files and work thorugh the issue with you.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that its a one stop shop for your content, webpages and photos. Being able to edit in the app is pretty easy which doesn't require much clickup around to find what you need.

What do you dislike most about this product?

If you want to get in depth reporting you have to purchase an ad on. The reporting is not that in depth when it comes to fund raising. They can't connect their reporting to funds raised due to the compatible issues.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Allow better reporting features. Add grouping for when looking at a series email instead of having to do it one by one.
