What differentiates ActiveCollab from other similar products?

One of the advantages that I can recognize is that it helps to control time in an impressive way with alerts and deadlines. With its direct replies from email, it makes it easy to communicate with the customer, who doesn't like to log in to apps. It usually has a higher price than its direct competitors, this is because it adds more features and functionality. It's amazing how easy it is to make an effort because it helps us to comfortably do the activities and send our report, just what we need in productivity.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Attaching to the application is easy, unlike other programs, you don't know what the buttons and fields are for. It allows excellent integration with applications that are always used on the team, such as Slack, and note software. I emphasize that we like: A good organization of the projects; direct chat in the application and various management reports; It has optimal activity monitoring and is constantly innovating. Excellent product!

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's an excellent product, but I wish it had a Linux installer as well. For now, it is used in a virtual machine but the performance is not the same, we know. The timeline design is a weak point when compared to other project management software. Nowadays it is necessary to be able to show the coding of the applications to the team, that is why there must be an integration with Git or SVN so that we can all collaborate within the same application

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

First I recommend purchasing the Free trial, because it will give you a glimpse of the product. Later, when they are already using the product, they must acquire the license. I recommend that you include all the projects you want but that you work on them one by one because you will see how productivity will remain at a good pace.

What differentiates ActiveCollab from other similar products?

This is best for time management and it's easy for breakup of daily hours where we used it on daily basis, like on which project and how much time it took.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Time Recording, Able to check time reports via CSV, it helps alot when sending invoices to the client

What do you dislike most about this product?

Timeline is not visually appealing

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

In this price, Active Collab the best features, also it doesn't have different level of packages, you will get complete system together.
