There are not many differences with other programs, but it has a good price and is easy to use.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Allows us to operate remotely without fear, allowing us to grow our staff without the normal geographic limitations. You may choose which applications are work-related, and the monitoring is done automatically. With screenshots taken every few minutes, our staff can keep tabs on their time, but they're also mindful that they need to be doing the proper thing and not simply lingering on applications.

What do you dislike most about this product?

A video playthrough would be ideal so that we could fast analyze screenshots when necessary since getting to them and understanding them may be difficult at times (I never look at them)

ActivTrak has a sleek and responsive user interface. It provides easy employee setup and detailed, accurate, performance-focused reporting and announcements on par with what you'd get from a business intelligence tool. The activity log is a great resource for detailed information. The work schedule is one of my favorite reports. I can pull employee reports and descriptively display their working hours.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The truth seems to me to be a very complete application but the first time you log in, it was a bit frustrating and it takes a little time to locate everything. ActivTrak is a bit heavy when it comes to looking up employee data, especially if you're tracking more than 7 days. On the other hand, it is important to mention that the prices seem exorbitant to me since they are based on storage and use.

ActivTrak is very well provided to track each remote users in different countries, Excellent software for continuous tracking of employees. In addition, we can take screenshots. It is very positive when it comes to wanting to put order and discipline in the working hours of employees.
