What differentiates ActivTrak from other similar products?

It really just does it all. We originally purchased to monitor troubles employees, but has grown to help monitor and coach remote locations, and remote employees. Without this tool, I do not think we would have been able to confidently keep so many employees working through the pandemic. This tool clearly let us know that our employees were doing the right things, even when working from home. No other product we've researched as all the features of Activtrak.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Screenshots- "A picture is worth a thousand words". You get the timestamp and literally an image of every single thing on the screen in that moment. Total transparency.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Screenshots take a really long time to load.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you need to monitor remote employees, there is not a better tool. Also is critical in internal investigations with troubled employees.

What differentiates ActivTrak from other similar products?

Activtrak features a complete dashboard, screenshots, real-time data, and an alert tool that we love utilizing since it shows us which employees are breaking the rules. Overall, Activtak exceeded our expectations.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Employees don't utilize work time for things that aren't office relevant, hence the alert is the product's favorite feature that we love using

What do you dislike most about this product?

Activtrak has exceeded our expectations, we have no complaints.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Activtrak has helped our business enhance efficiency, I would suggest this solution to anybody wanting to boost staff productivity.

What differentiates ActivTrak from other similar products?

It's amazing that activtrak may be deployed quietly on a single or several systems. Different types of alerts may be set up, and real-time tracking and screenshots make it simple to see what employees are up to at any given time.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Employees can focus better during work time thanks to alert generating, an intuitive reporting dashboard, and a blocking URL.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I can't think of anything negative to say about Activtrak; it's a fantastic platform that has helped our company become more productive.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

With little or no IT technology understanding, Activtrak is simple to use. To get started, get right in and boost your workforce's productivity.
