The new scheduler is very good.

I would highly recommend giving this product a try. From implementation to use, this product is not only easy to use, but it is easy to tailor to your process. You will be able to quickly prioritize, plan, and schedule work across your portfolios while keeping a bird's eye view on it all!

What really sets Acuity apart is its simplicity without sacrificing structure. Unlike other PPM tools that can feel overwhelming or require dedicated admins, Acuity was easy to implement and maintain. It gave us exactly what we needed intake management, prioritization, portfolio oversight without adding complexity.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Acuity PPM is how it brings structure and clarity to portfolio management without being overly complex. It gave me everything I needed to classify projects, manage risk, and report effectively without the heavy lift that usually comes with large scale PPM systems. The built in dashboards made it easy to tell a clear story to executive leadership, and the platform felt purpose built for real world use, not just theory. It struck the right balance between usability, functionality, and impact. Working with Tim was fantastic. Anytime I had a question or suggestion, he was quick to respond and always open to feedback.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wouldn’t say I disliked anything about the platform itself. The only challenge I ran into was with user management. I never fully implemented that piece because of the time it would have taken to manually add and manage a larger group of users. It’s something I had planned to get to, but with competing priorities, it stayed on the back burner. That said, the rest of the platform was so intuitive that I was still able to get strong value even without full user adoption.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Acuity PPM played a major role in helping us build and mature our project governance at the credit union. I used it to create a project classification model, provide weekly updates to executive sponsors, and introduce a risk process that was fully integrated into our dashboards. The built-in dashboards and reporting tools were essential in creating transparency and driving meaningful executive conversations around project health and risk. For any organization looking to strengthen their portfolio management capabilities with a tool that’s easy to use, insightful, and well-supported, I highly recommend Acuity PPM.
