What differentiates Acuity PPM from other similar products?

Acuity PPM maintains a straightforward user interface and experience while offering comprehensive features. This straightforwardness has helped the implementation go smoothly and the staff at all levels of the organization has embraced it strongly. One of its outstanding advantages is the clear user interface, which is also quite simple to use and put into practice. I can put up the essentials of my portfolio and control my users and views in a matter of minutes. I can comprehend, manage, and prioritize my project portfolio because of Acuity.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Incredibly easy to use and set up. I can efficiently manage a project portfolio because of the clear user interface and strong features. The ideal system for a company with a low or developing level of maturity in project portfolio management because it is straightforward to deploy and use and doesn’t require me to pay for a tonne of extra features that I don’t need.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Acuity interacts with several widely used PM products, like Smartsheets, even though it is intended for portfolio management rather than individual project management. Although I didn’t experience it myself or with my team, it is something to be mindful of.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Acuity is a terrific new piece of software that addresses a significant gap in the PM market. Compared to Microsoft Project’s Portfolio tool, it is far more user-friendly. The support is the finest part; despite being new on the market, this software is VERY open to customer suggestions and feature requests.
