platform to manage, personalize, and optimize the commerce experience across every touch point and across the customer journey.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

adobe Commerce is our CMS for basically every page on our site. We use it for merchandise, create landing pages, update product pages, and more. The platform allows us to customize it to our needs and is very reliable.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Difficult to navigate at times. Convoluted processes for certain areas. Serious learning curve if customized.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Merchandising allows us to optimize pages and convert the most users possible, Customization helps us to tailor pages, increasing conversion rate. its going in the right direction but customer acquisition needs to be improved
