Adobe Connect stands allows users to develop and use custom pods to enhance the in room experience

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The discovery of custom pods directly within the room. it makes for a simpler process

What do you dislike most about this product?

The customer service, I may have caught my agent on a bad day but he was hard to understand because of his mumbling. He acted like he just didn't want to be there

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure you have the latest Adobe Connect client installed and run pre meeting diagnostics

What differentiates Adobe Connect from other similar products?

I can set up breakout rooms, whiteboards, polls, and screen shares all in one persistent ‘room’ environment—and everything stays put even if someone drops out and re-joins. That persistent space is the game-changer

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I can design a full training workshop or client onboarding call with interactive modules, preloaded decks, and Q&A zones—all before a single person joins.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It feels clunky and unintuitive—especially for new clients or junior team members. Half of the onboarding time is spent teaching people how not to break the interface.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It’s powerful, yes, but that power comes with a learning curve.
