What differentiates Adobe Connect from other similar products?

In our company, the morning meeting is where most of the action takes place. While it is not our go-to app for presentations and meetings, we do use it on occasion. This program is great for the afternoon impromptu meeting because it works with a wide variety of platforms (from Windows to IOS). As a result, we've had a larger turnout for our afternoon meeting.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Adobe Connect has proven to be a powerful tool for us when we need to conduct remote training for our users. Before, we had to go to different locations for training, but now that we can have these events online, we can keep business as usual despite the difficulties we're facing.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is a persistent problem with Adobe Connect's ability to establish a connection with my company's VPN and my hardwired internet connection. For security reasons, our organization has disabled the wireless connection settings on all of our desktop PCs.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Many people work together to keep our massive website updated with fresh stuff often. In-person drills would be held before the pandemic hit. That simply couldn't be done until lately. Instead of physically bringing everyone together for training, we've been using Adobe Connect to host virtual sessions for everyone on staff. We've seen a lot of success with this, and user feedback has been overwhelmingly positive.

As a marketing professional, I know a lot about the quality of Adobe programs and they always differ in the quality of their attributes and always think about the best usability of the functions. One of the favorable and differentiating points is the price and audience capacity for webinars. Something that was critical to make the decision about which type of provider to choose.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Good image and sound quality. Easy to record and good quality playback. It has many features to use during webinars like quick polls and more. It gives the possibility of having different layouts and changing them during the session.

What do you dislike most about this product?

At first, you may be overwhelmed by the functions but once you manage to determine which ones work best for you, the start will look clearer. It gives problem to carry out the tests with the facilitator and some functions do not work on mobiles.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I really like the Adobe platform and the way they make their products. In the same way, the after-sales service is very good and accessible.
