Only if the customer care service could be a bit quicker and more responsive, everything else is just perfect.

Its advanced application that we need to have a technology professional to create the appropriate adjustments in order to utilize to its full potential. Apart from the difficulties of using it, I possess no further criticisms about this product.

The visually pleasing interface provides end-to-end efficiency from Full HD videos without pauses or glitches, making it a perfect for arranging immediate video conferences in a visually captivating and productive way.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It just lacks certain fundamental features that many other programs offer, including the ability to exchange webcams with more than 50 participants without compromising with software functionality. To use it, one should be connected to their internet. It is extremely laggy and therefore does not work correctly with Wi-Fi or Android phones.

I recommend Adobe Connect because it is a genuine meeting & conferencing tool that assures security and secrecy; it is a program that works wonderfully and delivers fantastic results for our company.
