What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It allowed us to store the e-mail addresses of all the people linked to the project so that everyone can be alerted of each task update. The platform is able to handle the large-scale projects that our business require.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Using Workfront is very easy. You only need to know the basics and this software will have no more secrets for you. Just do not overustomize it when adding various columns depending on your task.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Normally, Workfront is used for planning, tracking, employee monitoring, file sharing and managing various tasks. So far it is the best project management tool for organizations of any size.

I guess the big brand experience. The training material available and the customer support is top-notch.

Exceptional task management tool. Hierarchal task follow, ticketing system is robust.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not a very intuitive tool. Example: the documents in the sub-tasks do not roll up to the main task's document section. A lot of bugs and proofs fail all the time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If it is a straight up task management, resource planning tool, then Workfront is for you. But if you need Agile planning abilities, Workfront might not be it. Do stack this up against Monday.com and Clickup.
