What differentiates Adobe Workfront from other similar products?

It is highly customizable, you can literally configure the tool to have it 100% aligned to the processes that your industry requires

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Demand management for projects is good, because everything can be configured according to what is needed.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is not so intuitive, so more invests in change management to implement, the configurations are complex for people without a technological background, the reportability inside the tool is limited

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Take into account the costs to implement and the support of the tool once it has been implemented, keep in mind that if it is a very data-centric organization, automation has an additional cost.
