I dont know, to be honest I use it and it is fine for me - this is all I need to say.

to see this: All done! You’ve organized all your calls, congrats!

What do you dislike most about this product?

there is no button like "mute and ignore incoming call"

Aircall clearly helps with improving productivity and time efficiency. By far the easiest one to integrate.
