What is your favorite aspect of this product?

In my perspective, Airtable is a better option to Google Sheets. It has more advanced capabilities that allow you to see and use your data in a variety of ways based on the filters you choose, simplifying your job. We use Airtable to maintain the whole client information up to date, as well as to keep track of equipment and work gear. Because it is also a highly full crm, it has many other extremely important aspects, such as tracking the lucrative hours of the projects and being able to precisely monitor the expenditures of the activities.

What do you dislike most about this product?

So far, there hasn't been anything that I don't enjoy. It takes some effort to figure out how to utilize the site, but the UI is generally nice. However, the mobile application is tough to use; I believe it lacks some of the aesthetics found in the web version, making navigating difficult. It contains several function and sub-function levels, which might be confusing to the cells; they should seek for a somewhat cleaner design so that the screen does not appear overly saturated with information.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you understand the fundamentals of creating and deploying a relational database, Airtable has the potential to make you and your team far more productive. Because this program is as simple to use as an Excel spreadsheet, the learning curve is relatively short. It has many important functions, not only for project development, but also for knowing your revenue and spending and, as a result, avoiding money leaks, which is advantageous to the organization.

Airtable is used for cross-departmental collaboration on special projects. Only in the context of product-related initiatives do we employ it. They don't employ it throughout the company as a whole.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Airtable's flexible viewing options are one of the reasons I enjoy using the app. I don't have to worry about the confidentiality of other views being compromised while allocating them to different businesses. This is useful in any situation where data is regularly updated. Data in a particular view may be updated by both myself and external parties without disclosing sensitive information.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The inability to connect the bases was a problem. For this reason, it is necessary that all tables use the same base for computations. So, when many groups work on the same database at once, updating separate tables, the resulting database might quickly grow to be quite large and possibly unstable.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Simple features like column types may be implemented in Airtable without the need for the complex and time-consuming functionalities of Excel. The application may be used to manage a wide variety of projects, from those requiring basic task tracking and labeling to those involving more intricate details and deadlines related to customer implementations.
