What differentiates Airtable from other similar products?

I wish that creating connectors with other applications could be done more quickly now. I'd love it if there was a way to have my Airtable and a Google Sheet update simultaneously, but it didn't appear to be possible so I'd hope they could make it possible. Airtable has everything customized, which enables us to carry out tasks in a manner that best suits our workflows. Through this, we are able to combine our task management with the other applications we use and save a tonne of time thanks to automation.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Airtable makes our work easier. We have discovered that the forms function is really useful when we get tasks from various teams inside the organization. They only need to complete a few fields, and we will create and allocate the tasks correctly in the tool we use, saving us from having to manage several task management systems or procedures.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Customer service should include a chat option, in my opinion. There isn't much training that comes with it in reality. There are some videos, but it would be wonderful if there was a method to set up a webinar with an account manager there to teach us more about how we might use it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I believe once you get the hang of it, this program is tremendously powerful and manageable to use. You can use it with other programs like Typeform, Gmail, Google Drive, and Slack, to manage grant applications and prizes. Airtable works extremely well with Zapier to provide even more power, and it has many strong built-in automation capabilities.

What differentiates Airtable from other similar products?

It is the ideal tool for us since it makes our work simple and quick, nearly meets our needs, and helps us grow our business on a smaller budget while still producing the best results. My ability to concentrate more on the production side of my firm thanks to the management of Airtable and organization services has improved business performance. Keeping track of all the tasks within an order has been one issue I've encountered as a made-to-order company.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It may also be used to delegate tasks, and because it has commenting and history recall features, teams within an organization can communicate effectively without needing to be experts in each other's team fields. For instance, a service representative can send a bug report to the development team without using more sophisticated bug management tools.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It currently contains around 80% of what I require, but I believe that over time they will start to add some of those items. Even yet, it is by far the most straightforward method for modifying data and doing a variety of helpful tasks.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Because it doesn't require you to know how to code, Airtable is a fantastic piece of software. Additionally, it includes a comprehensive collection of capabilities that let you manage everything from your to-do list to your inventory. For individuals who wish to work efficiently in a short amount of time, I suggest this.

Mostly, it makes it easier to collect and process data using Airtable forms. The use of the calendar tool, it helps with the HR process, scheduling social media posts, and task distribution to team members. I can quickly keep track of where any given order is in the process thanks to the Airtable drop-down options.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The fields on my tablet app should have scalability options. Additionally, I would like the option to "hide" tables so that they do not appear as tabs at the top of the page. I don't use some tables after I construct them even if they are vital to have.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

You may work with the data and store it all in one location with the aid of Airtable. You might develop various data views instead of always sorting the data by various filters.
