What differentiates Airtable from other similar products?
Data can be viewed in spreadsheet format using Airtable and as touch cards on mobile devices. Keep track of who is editing documents with the use of shared tables. You can chat with your co-workers through chat while they are working.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like Airtable to let me see my data how I want. I can design multiple perspectives and categorize them in different ways. With a simple roadmap structure, I can quickly test ideas. You can share tables, add and delete data, and attach files with Airtable. You can collaborate with others by sending messages with your material and tagging it with certain information.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Subscription costs for Airtable are significant. Configuring and customizing it takes time.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Airtable is a program that I recommend using because it allows you to place a variety of labels per row and embed one or more images in a cell in an organized way. The calendar, grid, and gallery are just a few of the options you can use to view and edit your data.

Airtable is useful for keeping tabs on sales data
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Airtable from other similar products?
Our team uses Airtable to manage the status of all of our ongoing projects and to maintain tabs on the many deliverables we have committed to for our various partners. There are numerous interconnected menus here. We also utilize it as a customer relationship management system. It's useful for maintaining data in a neat and tidy format with a straightforward user interface.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Useful for handling information in a tabular format. In essence, it may be likened to a spreadsheet, but one with a far more intuitive user interface. While it serves its job, it is not ideal for use as a customer relationship management tool. Organization-wide, we're using AirTable to store and gather data and information from key stakeholders.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Data is incompatible with the Google Apps we use. Confused as to whether to switch between bases or sheets inside a single base. We are unable to remove the AirTable logo from shared content while using social media.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The Marketing and Sales team uses Airtable to keep tabs on the top leads and sales information. As a result, we can determine where our focus should be in order to generate the most viable leads. Ideal for businesses who lack the resources to invest in a robust database management system but need a simple way to migrate data from spreadsheets like Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel to a format more suited to handling larger, more sophisticated data sets.
Pros
- Helps Innovate
- Enables Productivity
- Efficient Service
- Effective Service

Airtable is affordable and easy to use
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Airtable from other similar products?
We use it to keep tabs on spending, plan for future costs, and share financial data about projects with our staff. Airtable is used for anything from invoicing external parties to generating comprehensive project reports that are sent directly to the accounting department. In addition to inventory and scheduling, it is used to handle other parts of a project.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's perfect for sharing filtered versions of the same data with a wider audience. If I have a large amount of data in one Airtable, I can divide it up into several "views," each of which is a specialized filter on the same underlying data, and I can update the "master" view and all of the "sub" views will be updated as a result.
What do you dislike most about this product?
For end users to more easily apply functions to data, Airtable might benefit from more formulae. I'd really like it if our cloud database could connect to Airtable without any further configuration on my end. Billing intervals may be longer than once per month.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Beginning as a pleasant means of recording requests for corporate intelligence and analytics projects, Airtable has now evolved into a robust tool for managing all kind of data. In addition, our content team has been using Airtable as a storage space for related visual assets. Airtable is a great database solution since it is straightforward and easy to use. If you wish to add special automated updating features to your Airtable, you can do it with little effort thanks to the intuitive API backend.
Pros
- Continually Improving Product
- Enables Productivity
- Trustworthy
- Effective Service
