What differentiates Airtable from other similar products?

We use this program as a crm and to have an order in our projects. All its tools are very useful and it allows us to create tasks and projects easily and assign them to different team members, as well as monitor their progress, add notes to the activities. I like that it is very simple to use and goes far beyond an Excel table.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It organizes the project by means of the Kanban board and in this way it is very easy to visualize the activities, order the tasks, assign them and complete them with ease. It also allows us to have Gantt view so we can visualize the progress of each task and see the times. The project templates are very useful and I love that they can be easily customized for each project.

What do you dislike most about this product?

For some it can be a bit complex, although it is designed as an Excel which makes it a bit more familiar design. When the project has a lot of tasks, it can be overwhelming to view, due to the many rows. Honestly it is a program that I have used for a long time and I have no more complaints about it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We all love this software because it has tools that are very helpful in organizing projects and getting them done without delays. We are all much more productive and efficient because we know the tasks we have assigned, the execution time and the progress of the projects. We recommend it 100%.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Airtable is supposed to work similarly with Excel, users seem to find it challenging to create formulas. Many of them would prefer the software to have its own formula builder. The payment types are not very friendly. There are three pricing plans implemented by Airtable: Free, Plus and Pro. This is the same for most other programs, but Airtable charges per user rather than per organization. This makes it more expensive than other similar online collaboration tools. Even if all these users work for the same project and team, they are charged individually for using Airtable.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It has a variety of templates. One of Airtable's strengths is its variety of templates and layouts to choose from. There are enough to choose from for anyone who prefers to use the built-in ones. However, those who are competent enough can also opt to create one of their own from scratch. Great display options. Each user has their own viewing options and preferences, depending on their work. Airtable allows users to switch from the grid appearance to the shape appearance. This means they can view the project as a typical spreadsheet and change it to something similar to a database.

I love that it lets you set up each column so you can just click options. It's also great to add images to the table.
