What differentiates Airtable from other similar products?

We have moved from Excel to Airtable to manage some of our databases. It is quite flexible and gives you the option to examine your data in many formats. We can be extremely organized and have everything in one place thanks to Airtable. It is a fantastic tool for teamwork and keeping us informed of activities that need to be completed.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Where data centralization is necessary and there are several data dependencies, Airtable is best fit. If we need to perform complex analytics on the gathered data, Airtable is less suitable. Airtable currently doesn't provide good analytics and dashboards.

What differentiates Airtable from other similar products?

We can control the communication tactics of the organization with the help of Airtable, including internal emails and blog posts. Custom spreadsheets can be used to generate your budgets, which you can then download to your reports. You can organize your marketing tasks, list your materials, survey forms, plan your CRM content, and track your research.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

You can select from task lists, kanban boards, Gantt charts, and your own custom gallery task management screens. Using Airtable's custom programmable spreadsheets, I'm able to track the time and effort spent by all staff. For the storage of our project resources, including documents, PDFs, companion spreadsheets, photos, videos, and other data, it is advantageous.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One may improve the task date option.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend Airtable is a good option you can design each board. You can discuss projects with your team in a participatory way, use their shared notes and collaborate with them in an organized way.

What differentiates Airtable from other similar products?

We use Monday.com; it was a great tool that was a lot like Airtable, but its mobile app produced inconsistent data and was difficult to use in time-sensitive scenarios. The most reliable, easy to use and stable platform has been Airtable. For collaborative teams, sharing and storing information in the cloud is relatively simple. It's easy to access all my information from multiple devices. I can see my data in a list view or a grid view using Airtable.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like Airtable for the ability to build multiple views of a single data source. Easy to set up and use. I can take a look at who is involved in what project. Being able to turn the sheets into a form to use for applications, follow-ups and questionnaires. Airtable integrates services like Dropbox, Box, Evernote and Google Drive. It helps us keep track of every project we're working on, letting us know who's working on it, when it's due, who the contact is, and more. It has been a very useful tool for our business.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It can be expensive. There is no option for text formatting.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For companies that need to monitor projects, employee workloads, etc., Airtable is the best option. It offers a wide range of features and is quite simple to use once you get familiar with the tools. On many levels, it has been fantastic for our company! great tool to have.
