What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I enjoy how Airtable looks and feels like an Excel doc, which is what so many of us use to plan tasks and organize our thoughts. It keeps the framework, but raises the bar on what you can do with the data you input.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Like merging cells or intersecting particular columns/rows graphically, I've missed the ease of a Google Sheets/Excel in arranging my information at times. Ideally, I'd want an Airtable view that could operate as an Excel spreadsheet if you required to.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a wonderful tool for organizing the activities and duties of small teams as well as big organizations. Before you begin setting up your records, workspace, pages, etc., you should practice using all of the tools first.

I don't find many differences with other programs, but it stands out in how easy it is to use the program.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Everything we need to complete our projects and duties may be found in Airtable's database. In order to make it simpler for users to organize and assess work material, we employ grid-based collaborative components. At this point, Airtable links our team and allows us to collaborate. The project management aspects of this system satisfied all of our requirements for the development process. One of my favorite aspects of AirTable as an asset management tool is the ability to create collections that can be shared with colleagues.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are no predetermined themes from which to chose when customizing a project. It's impossible to use Airtable for all kinds of projects since its layout and features are too wide. Airtable might be improved by adding additional mathematical functions. An aggregate function, for example, is difficult to calculate since it relies on a filter.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

In my experience, Airtable is a fantastic tool for facilitating team communication. Airtable has desktop and mobile applications that you should try out as soon as you join up. However, Airtable has a broad variety of applications that aren't covered by typical solutions, such as task management and project mapping. Templates may be found in a number of forms, making it easy to customize them to meet your specific requirements. For people who aren't sure what they want, these kinds of databases come in handy.

What differentiates Airtable from other similar products?

He was quite helpful in organizing the clients. We have a large number of clients, which may be complicated, but the filters and tags system make it much easier to search through them and obtain their information. Airtable assists our team in setting projects and deadlines, allowing us to all track our progress toward shared goals. It's simple enough for most individuals in our department to use, so we don't have to waste time reading instructions or experimenting to get our projects up and running.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Airtable provides excellent visual elements that are simple to use. There are several perspectives on scheduled work and work in progress. Because I occasionally prefer the calendar view or a Gantt chart, Airtable keeps things fluid and responsive in that aspect. Airtable is not an expensive service, and several plans are available to fit our demands for a set amount of time. I enjoy how simple it is to arrange clients and their information while sharing it with my coworkers. We work with a lot of clients, therefore I appreciate Airtable's tagging system and how we can arrange clients using tags.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's proved difficult for other team members to utilize at times, which may be frustrating for everyone, but that's not really Airtable fault. What I loathe the most about Airtable is that it seems to change tabs and filters whenever someone adds new ones or views stuff. This makes it tough for me and my coworkers to utilize it simultaneously.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

On a daily basis, Airtable should assist your team keep on track and better informed about group activities. You might look at some of Airtable project templates to get some of your early projects up and going faster; templates are a terrific resource in my opinion because they save a lot of time and work.
