What differentiates Alchemer from other similar products?

Alchemer's combination of features, quality of features, and support are a winning combination. I have not found another another provider with an abundance of these three characteristics within this vertical. It has proven to be one of most most used and most enjoyed SaaS solutions. We have used Alchemer for internal applicaitons as well as end client programs and have never been disappointed.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The flexibility and capability has allowed us to provide solutions where other platforms fall short of the mark.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I would like to see increased stability on the hosting side. Issues do not come up often and when they do they are addressed in a timely fashion. That said, I feel like this is one of the sole areas in which improvement is always welcome.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

As with any product, you really do need hands on practical exposure to truly vet if it is a good fit with room to grow with you needs. Having a solid process in place for multiuser scenarios is imperative to achieve efficiency as well as to extract maximum value.
