What differentiates Alteryx from other similar products?

Ease of use and breadth of features.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Pricing for some ancillary modules and features (Alteryx Server especially) can be completely out of reach for a small enterprise.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Take the time to test drive the products/modules you think you may need (pretty much everything has a 30-day trial) and choose accordingly. Leverage the Alteryx Community.

What differentiates Alteryx from other similar products?

Alteryx is my go-to tool for any data preparation need. It does an excellent job of handling data, from extracting data from APIs to changing it utilizing the designer's plethora of tools.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Automation has never been simpler. Alteryx allows you to conceive the solution and then construct your data pipeline. There is no need to think about syntax or travel back and forth with stack overflow to find the correct code. You and your data solution are the only ones.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Because there are so many tools, it can be difficult to understand some of them at first.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Alteryx offers the best user community, with people who are always willing to help if I need it. Alteryx enables me to work with any data, in any shape or size, and prepare it for analysis.

Record Deduplication Identity resolution is the process of linking various records and is the main engine for record deduplication, which can enable some aspects of data cleansing.

Data Matching Includes fuzzy matching, data comparison, and data merging.

Data Enrichment Includes the enhancement of the value of internally held data by appending related attributes from external sources .

Dashboard Includes alerts and notifications, KPIs, visual analytics, and interactive features.

Data Cleansing Includes data auditing, workflow specification, post-processing, and controlling. such as address standardization and the correction of known invalid values.

Reporting Components Lightweight controls and components that are easily embeddable and reusable. Integration with common apps such as Word, Excel, etc.
