What differentiates Amazon Chime from other similar products?

Amazon Chime does not require user to import any software even when one is new to it.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I enjoyed how it was easy to use it especially the meetings without interruptions. One can easily mute or go off camera if they have nothing to contribute hence allows the active members to be engaged fully.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The fact most of Amazon Chime features are locked and you have to call support for assistance even after paying for them.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For people engaging in meetings and conferences in any location, Amazon Chime comes in hand and especially during this lock-down period when most businesses have to operate from home, it can save time.
