What differentiates Amazon Connect from other similar products?
Amazon connect is easy to integrate into other softwares, for example salesforce and provides multiple layers of information. The options to transfer/hold and merge calls or retrieve call specific datas are some useful features.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ease of integration and use.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There were some minor glitches, some time back which caused complete blackout.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The customer service is also accurate, with flexible call hours, as the team of helpers is readily available.
What do you dislike most about this product?
On reports and analytics, I feel Amazon Connect is slightly behind, and it should be perfected.

for live chat or real-time massaging procedures, Amazon Connect is available and convenient.
