What differentiates Amazon Connect from other similar products?
It's a well-rounded service, with features that suit all requirements and HD audio of the highest caliber, enabling smooth communication. The various parties involved are automatically contacted via phone. A scripting language that can be used online in Chat programs is simple to set up. Call recordings are an option.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
They constantly prioritize us and our requirements. It is very easy to customize and expand the system so that it meets your needs. The solution was simple for our teams to incorporate into our current application portfolio. Ability to establish contact flows fast and easy and to make quick changes. Integration of Lex and Lambda, two additional AWS services. Advanced voice capabilities, a high service standard, worldwide accessibility, the speed of new features, and innovations.
What do you dislike most about this product?
While integrating with MS Dynamics has been challenging but not impossible, integrating with Salesforce Service Cloud is pretty simple. Without the proper strategy and talent to create what you need, it is simple to wind up with merely a box of Legos. Talent is in high demand in the market.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
We switched to Amazon Connect as a platform to support the growth of our firm. The platform allowed us to lay the groundwork for future development, integration, and addition of new features and solutions. Customers could develop on this stable, simple, and open platform. It makes use of the full potential of the AWS environment.

Easy Implementation with Basic Features.
What do you dislike most about this product?
NO SCIM integrations and onboarding requires IT Support. Federation ID Case sensitive.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Overall Satisfactory product and easy to implement/use. Good features overall but comes with a price.

What differentiates Amazon Connect from other similar products?
I have not worked with such reliable and cooperative team as Amazon Connect.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We have been able to establish secure and stable communication platform courtesy of Amazon Connect. The GUI has all tools that can be used for communication from our customers. The unified platform has connected all the business ecosystem together and this has increased production and enhanced teamwork.
What do you dislike most about this product?
This product has been good from the first day of deployment and has never failed our business operations.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Amazon Connect has created the best interactive infrastructure from my experience. We have been able to collaborate effectively and build our company positively.
