What I dislike most about Amazon EventBridge is that its event schema discovery and debugging capabilities can be limited, especially when dealing with complex integrations or custom event patterns. The lack of robust, built-in tools for monitoring and troubleshooting can make it challenging to quickly identify and resolve issues in event flows, particularly in large-scale applications.

If you're considering Amazon EventBridge, it's important to understand your use case first. EventBridge works best in environments where event-driven architecture is a good fit, especially when services need to communicate asynchronously. Start with a simple event flow to familiarize yourself with features like schema registration, routing rules, and permissions before scaling up. Observability is crucial, so integrate CloudWatch Logs, X-Ray, or third-party tools to track event delivery and troubleshoot issues. Make use of the schema registry to keep events organized and ensure better management across services. Finally, prioritize security.
