I would strongly advise anyone who needs to make a payment to do so, you may rapidly send money to anyone and receive payments via QR codes and UPI addresses. There is no charge for using this service.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like this application very much. It is helpful for both in personal and professional use. Here you can get more benefits by doing kyc verification through different identify proofs like Aadhaar card, voter card, pan card ,etc. Here you can send money from your bank account and can receive payments from other users easily. Payments from other users will be credited to your bank account immediately and you will get notification about that. You will get features like recharge, bill payments, travel tickets band many more. It also gives rewards on every successful transactions. Support team also do fantastic job and resolve issues immediately.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have no issues with this payment method. I like the customer service quality very much. Interface should be more user-friendly.

This is easy to use and can integrate with your business easily. You can receive payments from users through UPI, debit or credit card, net banking, etc. You can also use this for bill payments, travel tickets, insurance premium payments, and many more facilities under this application. It is very helpful and zero fee on using this tool

What differentiates Amazon Pay from other similar products?

Amazon Pay has undoubtedly made my life easier. It is an excellent tool for those who no longer want to use plastics with debit or credit cards since the application links all our information registered with Amazon and you can decide with what to pay without problems. The really good thing is that it does not add any additional commission when I want to make my purchases through the app. Its main characteristic is that it is looking to the future and that must be applauded, since in the digital age it is normal for everything to go towards just having to pay using our phones and an internet connection.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I have already used the Amazon page to buy things, so one of my favorite features of Amazon Pay is that it has the same security system that protects my bank details from third parties when making payments. The security provided by this app seems excellent to me to avoid being victims of scams or fraudulent sales. Even as a merchant, providing services or selling products is made much more secure when you have the security policies of the Amazon Pay platform. It even has a refund system.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Unfortunately for many, even this system is not widely accepted in all businesses or in a larger number of countries. This is a nuisance for those of us who want to buy or sell products internationally and it turns out that they have not yet implemented it in many places, being that this is an excellent tool by any point where it is seen.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

My recommendation for the user is that they are encouraged to try this new way of making payments, either on a personal level or in their stores, since nowadays everyone has smartphones, and for the developers of the Amazon Pay app , is that they look for a way to approach a little more of the international market, in that way they make life easier for many people who want to make purchases online and do not dare due to cyber security issues.
