If you're already using AWS services like Redshift, S3, Athena, or RDS, QuickSight will integrate seamlessly and offer performance and security advantages. Use the pay-per-session pricing for readers to save significantly if you have many occasional users. Reserve author licenses only for those who need to build and manage dashboards. QuickSight works best with clean, minimal dashboards. Avoid overly complex layouts, as customization and layout flexibility are more limited than in tools like Tableau or Power BI.

Of the business intelligence tools, their use is very simple. Also, give QuickSight another chance if you weren't a fan of it when you first saw it a few years ago. Although Spice is inexpensive, it is difficult to estimate in advance how much it will cost.
