What differentiates Apollo.io from other similar products?
Big database – You get access to a huge number of leads and contacts. Built-in email tools – You can find leads and contact them from the same platform. Good filters – Easy to search by job title, industry, location, etc.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The search filters are super useful, and being able to email prospects directly from the platform makes outreach much faster. It saves a lot of time compared to using multiple tools.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The main downside is that some contact data can be outdated or incorrect, which affects outreach success. Also, the interface can lag at times, and certain features (like enrichment limits) feel restricted unless you're on a higher plan.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It’s great if you want an all-in-one tool for finding leads and running email campaigns. Be ready to double-check some contact info, as not all data is 100% accurate. Start with a trial or lower plan to see if the features fit your needs before upgrading.
