What differentiates Apollo.io from other similar products?

It allows you to filter by a variety of business parameters that can streamline your disclosure process and give you more time to create a quality disclosure. Information such as a company's recent funding rounds, technologies, and the number of employees. Just by clicking on the Apollo logo on my top right page, the relevant data I need is already prepared for this service.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Prospecting and generating leads. Very high quality data. Filtering lists by keyword. Email marketing. Send reminders for follow-ups. Exchange of information between different departments and teams.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some contacts are not available. Sometimes revenue estimates are not correct.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend this platform to anyone looking for sales intelligence and lead enrichment. From the sequences to the new intent tracker, it's hard to beat Apollo, especially at its price point.

What differentiates Apollo.io from other similar products?

You won't spend more than 15 minutes a day using it, and you'll have no trouble locating the ideal customer thanks to the intuitive interface, user-friendly filters, and extensive database of leads.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Having access to so many different databases, qualified leads, and contact details has simplified my work immensely. What a wonderful experience!

What do you dislike most about this product?

Information loss is possible in any algorithm-based program. Despite the fact that Apollo provides me with detailed information on my outgoing emails and replies, I still manage to lose track of a few of the leads I contacted using the platform.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Apollo.io has been an incredible help to me over the past three years. I highly suggest the product if you're thinking about subscribing to it yourself.

What differentiates Apollo.io from other similar products?

We are using this tool mainly to search for potential customers, according to the characteristics we need and the products and services we sell. The most useful thing about the application is its search filters, as it allows us to segment customers by location, gender, age and other ranges, which are necessary to determine if they are really a potential customer for us.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has a complete pipeline management, with precise strategies that help us to easily convert an interested person into a potential customer. Also the platform allows us to have in complete order everything related to our customers, relevant information for them, plus we can integrate other applications such as Gmail, to have better communication with customers.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is confusing to store the contact information you send, because it is not clear if the contact is within the database or is a new contact that you have located, so sometimes we have duplicate customer contacts in the record. I would also like more precision in the contact data, as some of them are incorrect.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We use Apollo to validate the emails of the leads we need. Ability to create your own contact list and be able to track who made the first contact with a customer. Find a company and search for contacts within that company based on the specific criteria we need. Apollo is a very useful tool that anyone can use for free. Apollo is a great resource for automating B2C and B2B lead generation and outreach. I highly recommend this tool to everyone. It is a valuable and easy to manage tool.
