What differentiates AppFolio Property Manager from other similar products?

Ease of Use and Features. Organization is fantastic!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's cloud based and everything can be found easily with attaching documents to the accounts

What do you dislike most about this product?

Lack of technical support for end users

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Really dive deep into cost anaysis because there will be training involved for the entire team and a learning curve

What differentiates AppFolio Property Manager from other similar products?

It's not too different at all, I would say the biggest difference is the aesthetics of the system. It appears very IT-esque and wasn't as user friendly as other systems I tested.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

None- it was fine, but ultimately, I chose another software.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The aesthetics

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Depending on how your staff learns, the visuals could be good or bad, but for salespeople, I would say the aesthetics and intuitivity that other systems have were more ideal for our use.
