What differentiates Appian from other similar products?

I have not used other products like Appian, so I can't compare it

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of use

What do you dislike most about this product?

Community is almost non existent. If you run into a problem that needs something more to fix, you can't just search on google or whatever to find the solution, so you would need to be creative and create your own solution. Good thing is that this are rare occassions but you will need to keep that in mind

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you want stability, reliability, security and quick development, this is the product for you, keep in mind that this will cost you a lot more but I think in the long term is worth it

The speed to develop

What do you dislike most about this product?

I think has some limitations, and example its that you can provide sound like notification to your end-yours, like a when you recive a email in outlook you listen the notification sound.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend to the developers to use always the best practices that recomend appian, that would save you a lot problems in the future
