Easy to use but a bit pricey for smaller business

What differentiates AppNomu from other similar products?

AppNomu comes with more features compared to other tools like the SMS subscription through short code which makes it easy to collect contact lists through the sending subscribe to our short code

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I do like the auto generated responses that our clients interact with while sending messages to our survey number and the whole set up of AppNomu is through cloud hence being simple and secure to use at an affordable cost.

What do you dislike most about this product?

SMS costs are somehow expensive compared to other providers but for someone looking at speed and success in delivery, this cannot be a serious issue

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

FOR SMS marketing, I would recommend the AppNomu bulk SMS software

What differentiates AppNomu from other similar products?

AppNomu comes with pre-built feature for black listing messages and also filtering messages that can be sent out so that we remain compliant enough with regulations

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I do like the option to customise the look of the interface with our own branding like logo and fonts on the SMS sending dashboard and the anlalytic performance report for the software that shows number of messages sent, delivered, failed and queued

What do you dislike most about this product?

The new pricing structure of the SMS bundles is too expensive for smaller businesses to use currently and also raising sender ID is now a mandatory when it is too expensive to raise on other telecoms

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you have the budget, this is the best SMS sending tool that have used and liked

What differentiates AppNomu from other similar products?

Their pricing compared from other competitors in the market is the most unique thing about the tool and also the provision of SMS on credit where you can use the SMS and pay later.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

SMS scheduling is the favorite thing about the software as I can schedule the SMS to be sent even when I am outside office and even during off hours

What do you dislike most about this product?

When you set SMS to be sent on the recurring basis, there is no way to cancel the recurring SMS unless when the cycle you set expires and they stop

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a good tool with good, amazing features for any business to use
