What differentiates AppNomu from other similar products?

The new added AI, makes it easy to create good short messages and the tool have custom reporting feature for providing analytic reporting

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the contact management of the tool, easy to upload the contacts into the system for easy sending of bulk messages, also the pricing of the tool is fair

What do you dislike most about this product?

When sending SMS and the SMS does not get delivered, they do charge and they do not refund for such failed SMS and I wish they should be able to refund the money.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Yes, I would recommend the tool, it has helped our organization to reach more clients through our SMS marketing
