What differentiates AppNomu from other similar products?

AppNomu has the contact management in the cloud and has the ability to integrate with Google drive to sync our contacts from the drive

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the schedule rules of the software to schedule when to send the SMS and also fair pricing on SMS

What do you dislike most about this product?

SMS builder tool for templates needs to be improved and the API often can be restricted to work which makes sending SMS through the API kinder restricted

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I use the API to send the SMS and works better for me

What differentiates AppNomu from other similar products?

It's continuously improving compared to other tools like the introduction of AI into the SMS feature that makes composing SMS easier and faster

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the integration of the software with various apps to provide efficient products like integrating it into Zendesk helps me to authenticate users when they open a ticket with us

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have not seen any features to dislike now though they should consider adding other languages

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For SMs marketing and OTP, I would recommend it

What differentiates AppNomu from other similar products?

Continuous improvement of the product with more new features like SMS filtering that helps block messages with violating words to be received

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the automatic syncing of the contact list from other resources through an API and I do like the support team who are more responsive to technical questions

What do you dislike most about this product?

Using the API of AppNomu to send messages can be expensive and also they do take more time approving sender ID

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is more easier to use the tool and I Would recommend the solution
