What differentiates AppNomu from other similar products?

AppNomu have the best user interface for SMS and WhatsApp, the new added WhatsApp feature is very easy that you can send the campaign on WhatsApp or on the SMS where the system will automatically send the campaign depending if the contact is on WhatsApp, it will trigger on WhatsApp and if not, it will send to the SMS way and all at an affordable pricing yet backed by 24/7 customer care team

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I do like the ability to set recurring messages from the API into our system, now it is easier to send holiday greetings, birthday messages and the personalization of the message content with the name of the person where it automatically takes the contact's name from the system make it more appealing. Secondly, I do appreciate the ability to send more messages once where the API support more messages at once.

What do you dislike most about this product?

No issue with the software yet, However, they do not support the sending of messages to other countries where such messages instead get blocked, and status failed but the system will deduct the wallet.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend for reliable SMS Marketing

One of the best WhatsApp marketing tool

What differentiates AppNomu from other similar products?

WABA integration in AppNomu is completely free and you start sending bulk WhatsApp Marketing messages where the first free 1000 messages are always free hence being able to accommodate our sending budget for WhatsApp because you only get charged when you use the Message credit after top-up not on a monthly basis

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I do like the pricing plans of the tool, you can switch of which method is so convenient for you, either top-up or paying per month. This is good for me to only pay when I do plan to use the solution and has a very good Conversion rate for SMS as they do deliver messages on time and there is always analytic feature to measure the message performances from the dashboard

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dislike the reversal policy whereby if you send Airtime to a wrong number or mobile data to a wrong number they cannot refund or reverse the transaction, besides that, the tool is very easy

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend the solution because the pricing and more added feature

What differentiates AppNomu from other similar products?

Has the custom templates for website building and has the newly added feature the AppNomu AI which builds website faster without writing any line of code and the widget generator which generates the widget of the website and add on another website to increase traffic to the website.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the automatic back up of website in the control panel where you can set for the website to back up on weekly, daily, or monthly basis so that if there is an issue, you can always have the backup copy of the website. Also, the site scan where you can easily scan the website and filter the website to see if there is a virus or vulnerable code on the website and remove it

What do you dislike most about this product?

AI comes with a lot of addon to addon that require more payments for example to enable the website audit by AI costs a lot of money and is paid monthly not as a one-time payment which makes website building more complex and expensive for smaller business to use

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a professional tool for making websites and marketing with the reliable SMS and WhatsApp
