The breadth of features.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Appsflyer provides really easy-to-use UI which includes lots of unique features.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes their support is either slow to respond or not knowledgeable enough.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I've tried other products similar to AppsFlyer, and must admit that prefer AppsFlyer over them.

What differentiates AppsFlyer from other similar products?

The difference between appsflyer and other similar product is the trust with the brand as we are talking about user data being passed and that too in millions. Also the user interface is very simple and it is very easy for a new user to onboard and give them a quick way around the platform.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The favorite part for me is understanding the user behavior and retargeting them. For me getting to understand where my big number of user is being or dropping of before conversion and trying to work to resolve it with the product team is what excites me.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing big to dislike but at some point the customer support team needs to be hand on as to understand the issues and give proper solution rather then wasting time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you love your product and want to see how the actual customers behave with it at every point before becoming your final customer then this product is what you need to understand and improve your performance & final conversions. This is a must product for anyone who is working with a mobile app and wants to improve your end conversion.
