Data monitoring, backup services and price are the only concern.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

backup services where it can set various option and the scheduling.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing i can think of at this moment.

The usability since i have been using it.

What differentiates Arcserve Backup from other similar products?

High storage compression and modest price point.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

By far it's easy to use and logical UI.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The speed of restores without transparent ETA. Though I'm aware this is the due to the way we have structured the chains and the hardware we run - not the product.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

StorageCraft is easy to use and maintain and in the unlikely event you have any issues once it's configured their support is highly informative and responsive.

What differentiates Arcserve Backup from other similar products?

Ease of use, and a familiar user interface.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The fact that it just works. Also, the ability to mount backups from a point in time as a new drive, and pick specific files out to be copied is a real benefit.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The price. It's quite expensive, especially for server Operating Systems.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If it fits your budget, then go for it. It's a quality product.
