What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Instant VM for peace of mind- reporting dashboard

What do you dislike most about this product?

Currently have to add sharepoint sites indivdually - would be great to just connect to tenent for whole backup.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure you take training and/or install. It is very capable but you need to understand it's concepts to get the best configuration and reassurance from it.

What differentiates Arcserve Backup from other similar products?

Arcserve backup is a dependable product and easy to use. It gets the job done of protecting critical data and the automation is far ahead of the competition.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love it when i am doing a file restore in UDP where i have to just click the download button and restore my file!

What do you dislike most about this product?

Its a bit expensive that we have to forgo other features, like high availability.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I won`t hesitate to recommend Arcserve to someone else. Arcserve gets the job done of protecting critical data as the vendor intended.
